Today was my bi-annual dentist visit. I am always curious about the condition of my teeth as I follow this fruit-based diet. Today's visit was fairly uneventful, but there were some important things I wanted to document, for future reference...
I have wanted to go to the Woodstock Fruit Festival ever since it started in 2011. This year I finally got to go! It was a fabulous experience; even better than I had hoped it would be. In this post, I share 10 reasons I loved being at Woodstock, along with many (not all) of my pictures. :)

We covered a lot of ground today at my endocrinologist visit...iodine, liver function, blood sugars, carbs, history of diabetes...I need to write things down to help sort through everything.

We women are told at every OB/GYN visit to do monthly breast self-exams. I confess, I don't do them. About a week ago, I randomly noticed a lump on my left breast. Here is the beginning of my story...I am sure there is more to come.

I hadn't actually been planning to make anything for Thanksgiving...but somehow, I came home from the grocery last night with some fun ideas! So I played around a bit, and had a grand time making a tasty Thanksgiving meal. :)
