Though we are still in the experimental stage, I'll tell you what we are trying. :)
After spending what could have been years in an environment contaminated by toxic mold, our health is suffering. Although we've been working on detox, until now we've done nothing to combat the mold directly.
My doctor (Bruce Berman, MD in Jupiter, Florida) has advised me to use nasal spray to do so. Why? Apparently, mold takes up residence in the sinus cavities of the human body, where it is warm, dark, and wet.
My instructions are to do 2 squirts in each nostril, twice a day. The first (morning) set of squirts from diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide, the other (evening) set from colloidal silver (or vice versa). The alternation of two things that mold is not good at surviving are aimed at "hitting it hard".
(Our nasal spray how-to: pinch one nostril closed, squirt the fluid up the other nostril, and sniff. We've found the fluid runs right back out if we don't sniff. We then immediately go lie on our backs to let the fluid drain into our sinuses. The hydrogen peroxide burns, so we cry once a day.)
Colloidal silver and hydrogen peroxide have both apparently been used successfully for a very long time in treating various conditions.
It is important that the hydrogen peroxide be FOOD GRADE and that it be diluted with distilled water. Some diluted hydrogen peroxide is not food grade, and some food grade is not diluted (it needs to be 3%). Here is what we are using:

Here is what we've experienced so far:
1) The hydrogen peroxide burns, even diluted. It makes us cry. :)
2) Both of us get "plugged up" noses after using the sprays. Not sure what this means.
3) We both have noticed improvements in energy since using the nasal spray. For me, it has been a VAST improvement. Is this a coincidence? Possibly. Or maybe it is related. Apparently, hydrogen peroxide is supposed to help out the mitochondra, resulting in an increased metabolism (which could be why we feel more energetic).
Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to leave them below and I'll try to answer them. :)
