My name is Tasha Lee. I have type 1 diabetes and epilepsy. In 2008, I recovered from a serious eating disorder and began a search for a healthy way to nourish my body. I had acquired a host of health problems, and found my health improved greatly by following a fruitarian raw food diet, which I have been following, for the most part, since January 2011.
Though my health was much improved, I still had chronic exhaustion and continually finding new nutritional deficiencies. During 2014, things started getting much worse, however, and I couldn't figure out why.
In September 2014, we discovered toxic mold in our apartment. In the weeks that followed, not understanding mold, I had prolonged exposure to the spores as we tried to clean our belongings...before finally giving up and starting over with zero worldly possessions.
In the months that followed, we could not find a safe place to live due to my newly-developed multiple chemical sensitivity and mold sensitivity.
In early 2015, I began sleeping in my pickup truck and we moved our limited belongings into an RV near the beach, for breathable air.
My symptoms continued to get worse as I used supplements and treatments to attack the mold in my body. My digestion crashed. There were a handful of foods I could eat, and I was constantly trembling, even starting to collapse on a regular basis.
Everything changed when I introduced coffee enemas on June 13, 2015. In the short time I have been doing them, I have been eliminating lots of worms/parasites. I am feeling a million times better.
I believe it is the combo of coffee enemas, diet, and supplements that is finally helping me feel better.
Here is my Q&A on parasites, which includes my diet, supplements, and anti-parasite herbs. Here is my Q&A on coffee enemas. This blog post will continue to be updated with new and exciting pictures. Enjoy! :)
Disclaimer: I am not a medical practitioner or parasite expert. Just a curious blogger.
1 dropperful each, 3x/day, for 2 days.
Discontinued because the die-off symptoms freaked me out.
Poo pictures 1-2 days later...
felt crawling under my skin (upon awakening), all over my body
Took 1/2 dropperful each of Parasite M & G herbs
Although none of the worms seem to be moving, I feel like some of these things must still be alive, because when I try to straighten them out for the picture, they curl up into a ball...
After picture above was taken (1/2 dropperful of each parasite tincture), die off symptoms got worse through the day (brain fog, depression, collapsing, arm spasms) so I really wanted to see what was in this one.
I see bigger worms than earlier today. A couple of clumps of worms together. I tried to separate some of the clumps. Got lots of curling happening, so was able to get that requested picture.
Also, I believe I eliminated some egg sacs. Either that or Lyme. Lyme is described as a cotton ball with legs. This sac looks more like it has baby worms inside.
Day after 1/2 dropperful each of Parasite M & G herbs.
One lonely little (well, LONG) worm in this morning's elimination. It was tough to straighten this guy out.
This itchy rash appeared when I started the 2 weeks of anti-microbial herbs in preparation for my Lyme test, along with another extremely itchy rash on my big toe.
It improved a little bit when I applied colloidal silver topically (which is an anti-fungal), and also improved when I stopped the antimicrobials. It became very itchy again when I started the anti-parasite herbs.
I've looked at other peoples' foot worm pics, and it sure does look a lot like theirs.
On the 7th day of doing coffee enemas, I felt worms crawling around my body. I felt it the most in my foot...along with INTENSE itchiness. I confess, as much as I know I shouldn't, sometimes I do it anyway...I rub those things raw because the itchiness makes me crazy and it feels sooooooooo good to rub them. (You know, like the friction we are supposed to use to wash our hands!) It is my guilty pleasure. haha
My hypothesis (and hope!) is that this is a part of the healing process....where the unhealed area shows up, the pathogens get killed off (worms??!), and the body detoxes it and is finally able to heal.
Did not take a picture of the "enema dump" but a few bathroom trips later, this came out. I was told worms live in the mucus, so this could possibly be mucus plus worms? I find it interesting that it almost looks like a sort of cocoon or cast.
Last night I had a strong pain on the top of my big toe. I cried out, and my hubby told me he thought I should put something directly on the rash instead of waiting for the worms to crawl all the way through my body. Made sense.
I got up and put hydrogen peroxide on both of the rashes. Like 3x/each. On the big toe side, it bubbled, in some places, but I knew it would get absorbed into the skin. It burned. On the small toe side, the burning was all along one of the worm shapes, and it was like the burning was moving around. Owww.
Then I decided to really go anti-worm. I got the parasite herbal tinctures and applied a full dropperful, a little bit at a time, over the full area, and then just went ahead and put it all over my foot.
When I woke up this morning, it was quiet in my foot. It wasn't itchy. The whole area felt tender and kind of sore, especially if I applied pressure. The rashes looked a lot better this morning, too! I can see now that the places that were extremely itchy and oozed pus when scratched open, appear to be at the ends of worms.
Since I did feel some movement, especially in my arm this morning (felt like it was on a nerve, and could be the cause of the nerve pain in my left wrist/arm), I did 2 drops each of the parasite herbs (not dropperfuls, but drops).
I also applied hydrogen peroxide to my itchy/crawling foot later in the day, and a drop of colloidal silver in my eye when I felt one crawling there.
Day after 2 drops each of parasite M and G tinctures.
I had to take this with one hand, so there are parts where I put the camera down. So just skip forward in the parts where all you can see is cement. :) I was trying to show, first, the worm curling, and second, see what was inside that stone-looking thing.
I cannot convey how much I DESPISE the worms crawling throughout my body! It is amazing that they have been there all along, and I never felt them until doing this cleanse. Last night in bed I felt worms crawling in my throat, my eye, my head, my feet, my arms, my legs, my private areas, you name it! Talk about CREEPY!
Yesterday I tolerated 5 drops each of the parasite herbs in both morning and evening without too severe a die-off, so today I am trying 10 drop each in the morning. If it goes well, I may try another 10 in the evening.
I noticed last night that the fungus-looking spots that appeared on my big toenail about 9 or 10 months ago (that I had attributed to zinc deficiency) appears to be clearing up some. The big toenail is still extremely ridged, which is a symptom of parasites.

eating you alive - PRICELESS."

I've been reading about parasites, and the different ways they exit the body when they are dying off. One that I hadn't thought about was through mucus! They live in mucus, so this totally makes sense!
I have, in the past few days, returned to my morning and evening nasal sprays: diluted hydrogen peroxide and colloidal silver. I had always noticed that using them made a ton of mucus. I am not sure how exactly it works, but perhaps that feeling of all the mucus is worms getting killed that want to leave the body, to escape the uncomfortable environment.
I read how important it is to SPIT when this happens! Swallowing just sends them down to the digestive system, to wreak havoc there. So I have been spitting like crazy after those nasal sprays.
I have also been noticing the large amount of mucus produced after my meals: carrot juice, mangoes, sauerkraut. I suppose the parasites who are encountering these in my mouth and throat area don't like those foods! So I have now been spitting a lot after meals too.
Last night I watched a video on rope worms, which looks exactly like the big worms I have been expelling. I have now seen them at all stages of life. And I found it extremely interesting that in the earliest stages, they look like bubbly mucus! That is what I see when I spit! Here are today's bubbly mucus pics....that I am thinking are worms!
My period started today. It was about a week early. I was kind of surprised. Now I am wondering if it was due to the parasite herbs...
I had noticed that these worms take on whatever color they are in. If they come out with watermelon, they are red. If they come out with carrot juice, they are orange. If they come out with snot, they are clear or whitish.
Today, when I started eating watermelon, I felt kind of sick in my tummy, and got a little weak. This only seems to happen with watermelon when I am on the parasite herbs, perhaps because it is so cleansing (and maybe unpleasant to the worms?). Come to think of it, it is the yuckiness I feel whenever I am on my period. Is that yuckiness really from worms not liking the environment during the period? hmmmm
Anyway, shortly thereafter I felt like I needed to go to the bathroom, the way I feel when there is a big worm about to come out. When I looked down to wipe, I saw a clear, mucousy-looking worm (similar to how it looks in snot) on the end of my tampon string. Wow! I wasn't able to get a picture of it, since it disappeared in transit, lol.
Well, this evening, when I changed it again, I saw....2 worms on the tampon when I pulled it out! (Well maybe it was only one and I accidentally severed it...not really sure.) And they were red like the blood they came out with! And man, talk about the womanly parts feeling fresher and cleaner afterward! I've felt them moving there, and it is disgusting (and itchy)!
The more I think about all this, the more I am thinking I've been passing worms in various places and forms and just not realized it. I've had stringy discharge before. I've hocked lots of extremely thick stringy loogies, during the worst of our time living in the mold.
And oh my! When those worms came out....I feel like a woman who just had a baby! (I've never had one.) The emotion! I feel like crying, like laughing, like seriously, my hormones feel happy! Getting these two out was an enormously big deal. Wow. Awesome. Let's keep going!!!!
Yesterday I did 8 drops of both parasite herbs in the morning and 8 drops of both in the evening. I will probably do the same today.
This morning's BM had tons of smaller worms in it. Clumps of worms, single worms, and a rainbow of worm colors! Most other times they have been only the color of my BM. These strange-looking black things were new to me.
When I tried to remove him to place on the paper towel with the others, he kept curling up, everywhere I tried to pick him up with the fork. And he attached himself to the toilet paper and did not want to move. So I gave up and let him have his separate photo shoot.
When I started eating mangoes today, I had to stop mid-meal because I had an intense pain (like a menstrual cramp) and I knew I needed to stop right then and go to the bathroom. I passed a ton of worms! It was actually a small bit of food and a LOT of worms. Especially those black beetle-looking things. And they were most definitely wiggling as they came out. ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
Won't post the pics, as it's pretty much more of the same from this morning.
My body has been feeling very toxic. The day I posted above ending with uncontrollable screaming and crying in the bathroom as I found another worm that had crawled down my tampon string and more bloody worms on the tampon.
The first two times I had something on the string (one clear and bubbly, the other bloody), I did not have my phone with me in the bathroom. This is not a great picture. One might say it looks like mucus....but I do not ever remember having mucus come down my tampon string! There should be two strings visible at the bottom there. Instead, it is a yellowish-white wormy-looking thing.
I was sick of worms, emotionally spent, having trouble eating my food because of fear I would get more worms. I've heard parasites affect your emotions and thinking; somehow their toxins act to defend them so you want to stop whatever you are doing that is killing them. It was working on me, that's for sure.
I did not do my evening 8 drops that day, nor yesterday. I felt very toxic again. Was unable to hold my coffee enema on Day 13, but did better with it on Day 14. Experiencing the toxicity symptoms: depressed, apathetic, weak, collapsing, bad headache. Gotta slow down the worm-killing and let my body recover.
After last night's coffee enema, I felt somewhat better. Woke up in the middle of the night from a nightmare about worms coming out of me. I had a strong smell of ammonia in my respirator mask.
Went to the bathroom and spit so much mucus (early stage worms?). Felt like there was another big one in my throat but could not get it. Finally realized my throat was clear of mucus; the worm was on the outside, applying pressure. It was not something I could spit out.
Shortly after going to bed, I felt my pulse was being interrupted. I sat up, then laid down with head elevated, trying to encourage the worm (I'm guessing) to move off that vein/artery. I felt worms crawling down the back of my neck, inside my cheek, out of my head area. It was feeling better in my head area. I felt a worm in my chest area. I wondered if heart attacks that happen on people with no arteriosclerosis are from worms blocking the blood flow.
I finally fell asleep and woke up this morning again with a very strong ammonia smell in my mask. I needed to get my blood drawn so we went even though I was still weak and collapsing. It was the worst ever in there. I was collapsing all over the place, got the "I've got to get out of here" anxiety, bursting out in loud crying/panic. Twice we had to walk out of there so I could sit outside and wait, hubby basically supporting my weight.
Got home and did my coffee enema earlier than usual and starting to feel better.
Nothing big and exciting, haven't really felt like digging for worms since I'm sick of them. Here were some interesting things that got passed. A couple of them look like one of the rope worm stages, and definitely entered the toilet bowl in a wormy fashion, even though they look like blobs.
