11am - wake up to pee again. Not ready to get up but blood sugar is dropping a bit low. Wonder if that is why I still feel tired. Could also be that the compounding effect of the anti-parasite herbs is catching up with me...
Breakfast: 1 (cored) pineapple, taken with 1st set of pills. (See day #1 for more details on the pill mixes. Basically I put all my vitamins and capsule-form supplements into my pill box for 2 weeks at a time. They are divided up thoughtfully into 4 different time slots. This is because some supplements, like zinc and Vitamin C, shouldn't be taken together; while some supplements, like iodine, are best taken with companion nutrients; and fat-soluble Vitamin D, for instance, is preferably taken with fatty meals.)
Praying about what to do next...take a look outside and it's gorgeous...
11:30am - put on bikini, pack a bag, fill up bike tires, get rid of some parasites (wink, wink), and...
12:15pm - bike to the beach. Take a short walk through the surf (sunshine/vitamin D combined with salt water foot soak; great for parasite cleansing!) and visit a few "beach bum" friends along the way. Interaction with real live people is a huge uplift, and a very important part of my healing. :)
1:15pm - back at home. Grab 2 carrot juices, along with 2nd set of pills. Drink one carrot juice and take the other outside with me. Hop on rebounder in the sunshine and dance to the music, both on and off the trampoline. Sip on carrot juice between songs.
1:45pm - back inside, drink a 3rd carrot juice, then hop in the shower to scrub with castile soap/friction. Spend some time pulling out a bunch of weird stretchy "hairs" that come out of my head by the handful during parasite cleansing.
2:30pm - bag packed; hop in truck and head to diabetes doctor appointment. Snack on some "flame tongue" beans while driving, but taste and smell mold, so decide to toss the rest. Getting a slight headache and feeling kind of strange...maybe from the mold?
3pm - arrive at doctor. Blood sugar is dropping. Suck on raw honey (great for low blood sugar, but also VERY good for killing pathogens). Feeling pretty weird before even going in. Guessing it's a combo of low blood sugar, eating moldy beans, perhaps compounding effect of parasite herbs from previous days, maybe post-exercise tiredness? Probably need more calories as well.
Blood sugar continuing to drop at doctor's office, so continuing to suck on raw honey (being careful not to overdo it, because I don't want to spike blood sugar afterward). Continue to feel more and more spacey and "weird" at the doctor's office, even once blood sugar starts to come up.
Great news is... I was in much better shape today than my last visit to this doctor's office. Last time, even though the air is better than some other offices, they ended up pushing me around in a wheelchair, having me sit out in the hallway because I couldn't handle the patient room, and then pushing me downstairs after my appointment because I was in such bad shape.
Doctor's offices/labs/hospitals seem to be filled with germs, chemicals, etc. And in Florida, every public building is filled with mold and moldy people. So a visit to a doctor's office means major exposure to toxins, and takes quite a toll on the body of someone who is already sick.
I was grateful to do as well as I did, especially considering I wasn't feeling the greatest when I went in there. I sat in the patient room (though I did ask to keep the door open until the doctor came in), did fine interacting with others, stood at the desk waiting for my prescriptions and lab orders, and walked out on my own two feet, and still smiling.
Got a lot of messages and notifications checked and responded to while I waited. Bonus. :)
5pm - back home. Changed out of "exposure clothes", hung them up over the bedroom closet doors, then turned on the air cleaner (mold/VOC killer) in the bedroom and shut the doors most of the way. Ate 3 delicious fuyu persimmons, the only fruit readily available. :)
Then...prepared enema stuff and got started. Today's water enema included raw honey, coconut water, and apple cider vinegar. Both water and coffee enemas were VERY productive. Listened to Bible, Zion Acoustic Sessions, and got more messages checked during enema time, as well as using magnetic massager on face and pressure points, and zapper on face. Switched massager and zapper to abdomen during "elimination time".
6:30pm - feeling better after enemas, but quite weak. Need calories! :) Made green smoothie of 5 bananas, 1 liter container of coconut water, 3 tbsp juiced barley grass powder, 3 tbsp SunWarrior raw vanilla protein powder, 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds. Tasted like a grasshopper (mint flavored drink my parents used to drink when we were kids). Yummm. Took 3rd set of pills.
7pm - starting to feel better. Realized in addition to needing calories, blood sugar was dropping again, another reason drinking the smoothie was a good thing. :) Visited with hubby once I felt "okay enough" to talk (it was pretty sketchy there for a while!), then started computer work, sipping on smoothie as I worked.
9:30pm - caught up to now. Feeling pretty much like a normal person by now, with calories in and detox done. Won't be taking any parasite herbs today, as my body has quite enough to handle as it is.
After I finish this post, I'll take my final set of pills, along with a bowl of sauerkraut, Udo's omega oil, and sprouted sunflower seeds. I'll keep it small tonight so it doesn't take too long to digest.
I'll wash dishes as I eat it, then brush/floss teeth, do my evening magnetic massager, then get back up to do GI Broom and water/apple cider vinegar and refill the Thieves diffuser before bed. Then I'll clean my zapper, swish with baking soda/colloidal silver/water, and hop in bed.
Another full and exciting day! Grateful to be alive and doing so well, even if it does take a lot of work. God has blessed me with much healing!!!
