12pm - wake up. I normally don't "sleep in" so long, but I was up late last night getting 4 days' worth of carrot juice made/juicing supplies cleaned up. So I stayed in bed 'til my body was ready to get up.
- Magnetic massager on "gateway" accupressure points (hands and feet) for 15-60 seconds each. Some days I do this longer and include more accupressure points or spend more time on "problematic" areas (abdomen, chest, face, foot).
- Take Terminator zapper off foot (worn with sock or sweatband) and clean with bentonite clay/water cleanser. I wear the zapper 24/7 (except showers/swimming). Move to waistband, where it can be moved as needed to avoid "burning" any particular spot.
- Swish with water, pinch baking soda, and 2 droppersful of colloidal silver for 5-60 minutes, then spit. Today I swished for about 20 minutes while brushing hair, getting dressed, and checking phone messages.
- Found out today's NAET therapy needed to be re-scheduled. Guess I won't have as hard a detox this week, and more time to do other things today...
1:30pm - Put on bikini for some Vitamin D (sun) time. Drink a carrot juice and take first round of pills (iodine, co-factors, probiotic, vitamin D, etc.). Head outside with zapper in bikini waistband. Bolus insulin for 2 carrot juices, then disconnect insulin pump. Turn on Pandora music on phone and dance/jump on rebounder. Sip on 2nd carrot juice in-between songs. Alternate in some assisted chin-ups, pull-ups, and barefoot dancing. Do initial email check on phone while doing the "health bounce".
2:30pm - Head inside. Drink 3rd carrot juice and take 2nd set of pills (zinc, various immune and liver support herbs). Also take Dr. Morse detox tinctures, including 2 droppersful each of Parasite M & G tinctures (all tincture drops into glass, swirl with a bit of water, drink down without tasting, chased by more water).
Then, put away dishes and prepare enema. First one today is warm water, raw sauerkraut juice, and raw honey. I alternate various ingredients into my water enemas (coconut water, probiotics, moringa, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, etc.) Set up bathroom for enema process.
3pm - Begin enema process. As many enemas as it takes to use the full [water + other ingredients] enema bucket for the initial cleansing process. On more "toxic" days or "stronger" enema concoctions, I can't hold enemas as long, so I do more "short" enemas. On "easier" days, I do only 2 water enemas, holding them for up to 30 minutes each (water enemas help with hydration).
During enemas: Usually lying on right side for all enemas, but sometimes for water enemas I spend time in a "bridge" position or on my knees with face in the pillow, to get the water further up the digestive tract. Alternate between listening to (on phone) audio Bible and checking email/facebook. Zapper on pillow against my face, magnetic massager used on gateway accupressure points, but mostly on face.
3:30pm - Coffee enema. Lie on right side for 15 minutes, almost always watching Hillsong's Zion Acoustic Sessions on YouTube. Finish email/facebook stuff and do simple internet research (on phone) during "elimination time" post enema. :)
4pm - Clean up enema stuff. Dry body brushing, then cold shower. (I have a love/hate relationship with cold showers...mostly hate, but I know they are beneficial. hehe) Use castile soap and friction on hair and body, which helps with parasite cleansing.
4:30pm - Wash enema stuff and dishes. Eat (full) cored pineapple, along with 3rd set of pills (vitamin C). Rinse mouth with water/baking soda...followed by spitting.
5pm - Start computer stuff. Sometimes making or editing videos, blog or facebook page posts, or book writing/editing. Today I am writing a blog post. :) Alternate (short breaks) with replying to messages, YouTube/blog comments, doing research, and moderating facebook groups. Eat honeydew melon as I work.
5:30pm - Prepare "heavy" meal of the day. (Ordinarily I would eat more fruit first, but it is getting late and I want to be finished digesting in time for early bed, so today is a "light" food day.) Take, along with "heavy" meal, 4th set of pills (iodine, co-factors, probiotic, B vitamins, Betaine HCl, digestive enzymes, etc.)
Dinner: bowl of 3/4 cup raw sauerkraut, 1/2 cup pea sprouts, 1-2 tbsp Udo's omega oil, 1-2 tbsp chia seed, 1 tbsp sprouted watermelon seeds. I rotate types of seeds, sprouts, and supplements. Also, 1 cup coconut water with 3 tbsp juiced barley grass powder (for minerals!) and 1 tbsp moringa (anti-microbial and amino acids). Nasty green drink, lol. I would much prefer a banana/coconut water/supplement green smoothie but I don't have time today. Drink the nasty stuff first, followed by my delicious sprout salad. :)
6pm - dinner/hang out with hubby.
7pm - back to computer work. Breaks to hang out with hubby.
And since I will be posting this blog before I do bedtime stuff, I'll go ahead and post that now. :)
Evening: finish up computer projects once I reach a good stopping point, answer messages, post food/moderate facebook accountability group.
Once food is finished digesting and blood sugar stabilized post-meal, dry brush and floss teeth. Take 6 Morse GI Broom capsules with 2 cups water/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, followed by water/baking soda swishing, then spitting and nose-blowing. :)
Clean zapper contacts before bed. Once in bed (or before, if hubby is already asleep), magnetic massager on accupressure points and problem areas...for 5 minutes up to 2 hours. (Depends on how tired I am, what time it is, how "toxic" I feel, etc.)
I'm out like a lightbulb after using that magnetic massager. :)
