My name is Tasha Lee. I have type 1 diabetes and epilepsy. In 2008, I recovered from a serious eating disorder and began a search for a healthy way to nourish my body. I had acquired a host of health problems, and found my health improved greatly by following a fruitarian raw food diet, which I have been following, for the most part, since January 2011.
Though my health was much improved, I still had chronic exhaustion and continually finding new nutritional deficiencies. During 2014, things started getting much worse, however, and I couldn't figure out why.
In September 2014, we discovered toxic mold in our apartment. In the weeks that followed, not understanding mold, I had prolonged exposure to the spores as we tried to clean our belongings...before finally giving up and starting over with zero worldly possessions.
In the months that followed, we could not find a safe place to live due to my newly-developed multiple chemical sensitivity and mold sensitivity.
In early 2015, I began sleeping in my pickup truck and we moved our limited belongings into an RV near the beach, for breathable air.
My symptoms continued to get worse as I used supplements and treatments to attack the mold in my body. My digestion crashed. There were a handful of foods I could eat, and I was constantly trembling, even starting to collapse on a regular basis.
Everything changed when I introduced coffee enemas on June 13, 2015. In the short time I have been doing them, I have been eliminating lots of worms/parasites. I am feeling a million times better.
I believe it is the combo of coffee enemas, diet, and supplements that is finally helping me feel better.
Here is my Q&A on parasites, which includes my diet, supplements, and anti-parasite herbs. Here is my Q&A on coffee enemas. This blog post is a continuation of my original Parasite Pics post. Enjoy! :)
Disclaimer: I am not a medical practitioner or parasite expert. Just a curious blogger.
My last big cleanse became very overwhelming, both physically and mentally. I decided to take a break from the parasite herbs and let my body recover.
For the last couple of weeks, my parasite cleansing has been primarily through diet. I notice the parasites really wanting to leave when I drink carrot juice, coconut water, or eat mangoes or raw sauerkraut. I feel them gathering in my throat area, and I spit them out, again and again. It's not mucus. I have no congestion.
One day I tried a sea salt and Vitamin C protocol. It was extremely effective at killing parasites, as evidenced by the HORRENDOUS die off symptoms I got in the evening. I think I'll skip on that one and go a gentler route. :)
From time to time I use my diluted hydrogen peroxide nasal spray. When I do, I notice a LOT of worm movement all over my body, plus the regular intense spitting session I have after eating the above-mentioned foods.
I notice that when the worms are moving in my body, I feel a sharp localized pain in that area, and sometimes can see a dark worm shape under my skin or toenail, for instance. When they are leaving my body, I feel an intense itch at the point of exit. I've noticed tiny little red holes on my skin in those places.
For the past few days, I have been working to increase my detox. I've been using as-hot-as-possible Epsom salt baths, with 4 cups of Epsom salt, soaking for an hour, re-heating the water as it cools. I want to sweat! This has brought out worms from new places....all my facial orifices, especially.
I've also been sleeping outside in the ocean air for a couple of days, on our hotel balcony, wrapped in blankets, using the power of heat, exposing my body to the sun for lymphatic cleansing, etc. I've also begun using a dry skin brush to move lymphatic fluid. More on that later.
Are these things really worms? Who knows? It is my belief, based on a ton of observations and what I've learned about worm life stages and parasite cleansing, that they are.
I haven't been taking pictures on a regular basis; only when something different shows up. Well, and of course, when I get a big one out. That is always cause for celebration. :)
These worms migrate to the throat area after certain meals/drinks, predictably. I keep a bottle on hand at mango meals and when drinking carrot juice or coconut juice, for example, because I know after a bite or two, there will be worms that need to get spit out.
Just like in the stool/female area, the worms in my saliva take on the color of the substance they are interacting with. Coconut water means clear worms. Carrot juice means orange worms.
When I use only one container for spitting, I can fill about 3/4-1 cup per day of worm-containing spit. Sometimes the worms are covered with food particles or, more often, mucus.
I am wondering nowadays, the people who are constantly "hocking loogies"...if they are actually spitting worms. These are different than mucus. They don't come out like mucus, and I have no congestion. They come out like worms, and only when provoked by certain conditions. And when that happens, a lot come out at once. I generally am spitting for 10 minutes, maybe longer.
I am again seeing what looks like the early stages of rope worm (bubbly mucus). Those bubbly mucus blobs do not collect into one as the saliva moves around. They retain their distinction as separate blobs.
I took video of how the worm shapes became more distinct as I tilted the tray back and forth, but haven't yet decided if I am going to post it.
These guys are obvious because I don't have nasal congestion. But there are certain times when I feel movement in my sinus area and know I've got a worm ready to exit, so I blow my nose.
The mucus the worm comes out with is clear, not stringy at all. The worm itself is...well, wormy. I feel the movement, blow my nose, feel the big guy coming out, and then the movement is gone. :)
I've read that when a worm decides to leave your body, you should not interfere with it. It is possible that you could sever it, and the remaining worm part could then just regenerate in the body.
Unfortunately, when ear worms are exiting, I find it insanely itchy and hard to leave alone. Sometimes I do, but sometimes, I stick my nail in my ear and scrape that little dude out. Instant relief. :)
These guys are extremely tiny. My phone camera has a hard time focusing on things that small, so the pictures aren't that great.
I think perhaps the red color is from blood, perhaps in the brain? And the yellow/green color from earwax.
Multiple ear worms left after the Epsom salt bath, where I made sure to submerge as much of my head as possible, since i know there are a lot of worms up there.
As mentioned above, when the worms leave through the skin, I feel intense itchiness in that spot, and there are small red holes where they have been leaving. I wonder if somehow the itchiness prompts me to scratch, which ends up opening the skin, making it easier for them to exit. Or maybe they are biting a hole in the skin, which causes itchiness.
Most of the red holes are on my right foot. I also have a lot of red holes on my face, which originally I thought were acne.
I also found that when I experienced itchiness on my forehead during my Epsom salt bath, and scraped it with my nails, there were dark forms on my nails. When I set them on the side of the tub, I noticed they were worm-shaped. Skin exit. :)
The weirdest thing was after my Epsom bath, when I looked in the mirror and saw a little white thing protruding from the itchy red dot on my face. I watched it move in and out. It was NOT pus from a popped zit; I hadn't squeezed anything. Surreal. A worm leaving my head through a hole in my face. What?!! :)
Since our RV is in the shop, we've been using toilets that are not very easy for seeing worms! I suppose there are worms coming out in my BMs, and for sure in my coffee enemas (lots of liver flukes), but I haven't been dissecting any poop lately.
HOWEVER, a couple of worms were nice enough to come out of my rectal area AFTER my poo was completed. They were just hanging there, so I pulled them out with toilet paper. Yeah, gross!!! Two in one go (unless it was just one that I pulled apart)!
I collected one of these when I went to the ER to get bloodwork, IV fluids, etc. The doctor asked for a stool sample. I barely got one out, but I was praying for a worm! What do you know, I did get one! It came from the vaginal area.
It appeared clear as it was hanging down, making its way out, but looked white once in the urine.
Side note, both the stool sample (which I am pretty sure had worms by the looks of it) and the vaginal worm got sent to the lab, but I guess they didn't "find'" anything. hahaha :)
Aside from the above, I often feel worm movement and pain in my left wrist/forearm area. I think worms are the cause of the carpal tunnel I've had there. A red spot appeared one day when the pain and itching was intense; I figured some must be making their way out. I tried to sun that spot a lot, since UV light cleans the lymph fluid. (It doesn't really show up well on pictures.)
I have also felt movement in my chest/breast area. After one of my Epsom baths, I could swear I saw a worm shape above one of my breasts. I am really thinking that fibrocystic breast condition is worms. With all the clumps of worms I've seen coming out of me, and all the worm nests, I wouldn't doubt if that is what that breast lump is. I even read an interesting study today about worms being the cause of tumors in many women studied.
The lump has decreased in the past month or so. I think the dry skin brushing is helping, and I also have done some massage, to try to mobilize the worms and move lymph, to get that stuff out!
I sometimes feel worms in my eyes. Talk about intolerable. I've been using colloidal silver drops in my eye. That makes the movement go away. I assume because the worm is no longer alive.
I've noticed in the Epsom bath that there are changes under my big toenail, and in my big toe. I think the bath makes it easier to see the worms, and draws them out.
Since I'm told my skin parasites are just acne, I'd like to show you the close up pics I was able to get of the one exiting my arm. This had the same characteristics as the exits elsewhere on my body...worm movement, red bump, intense itchiness when ready to exit...
Took these pictures last night.
There was a thin worm-looking thing lying on the surface of my chin, so I tried to brush it off, but it wouldn't brush off. It was attached. So I took a closer look...
This guy came out this afternoon. I had taken off my zapper and walked down to the beach, gotten my feet in the water a little bit, played in the sand, did some bodyweight exercises, walked back up, rinsed in the shower, and dried off. And then white things started coming out of my face.
This guy was the biggest. He started out as a white spot, then became yellow, and when I zoomed in, I saw the telltale Morgellons wire.
I decided to put my zapper back on. hahahaha
Made a video about this yesterday, which you can view below, but in short, a menstrual cup feels WAY better than tampons as a woman doing a parasite cleanse.
